Welcome to Elk Creek Rt. 66 RV Park. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help us ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Nightly and weekly stays are paid in full at the time of booking or upon arrival.
Monthly and long-term stays may require a deposit, applied to the final bill.
Rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed reservations will be honored at the rate booked.
Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Early check-in/late check-out may be available with prior approval.
Guests must register at the office upon arrival.
Nightly/Weekly Stays: Cancel at least 48 hours before arrival for a full refund (minus a small processing fee, if applicable).
Monthly/Long-Term Stays: Deposit may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on notice given. Please call for details.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the first night’s rate.
Each site is limited to 1 RV and 1 vehicle, unless otherwise approved.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party, including visitors and pets.
Please keep your site tidy—no clutter, excessive storage, or non-operational vehicles allowed.
All park facilities and amenities are for registered guests only.
Pets are welcome, but must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.
Aggressive or disruptive pets may not be permitted.
Guests accept full responsibility for their pets’ behavior.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Loud music, disorderly conduct, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to remove any guest violating park rules or causing disturbance.
Elk Creek Rt. 66 RV Park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal property.
Guests are responsible for damages they or their visitors cause to park property.
Use of park facilities is at your own risk.
Full hookups (water, sewer, and 30/50 AMP electric) are available at all RV sites.
Monthly stays: Electricity is metered and billed separately.
Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided as complimentary services but are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Open fires are prohibited. Propane grills and fire pits are allowed in designated areas.
Alcohol is permitted at your site in moderation. Public intoxication is not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside park buildings.
Severe weather shelters are available—follow posted instructions.
In case of emergency, call 911 immediately and notify park staff.
Management reserves the right to refuse service, relocate, or evict guests who do not follow these Terms & Conditions or Park Rules.
No refunds will be issued for eviction due to policy violations.
